Contact our support team, your sales representative, or download the fix directly from our Helpdesk Downloads page for the affected versions: Map360 2024.0.3.5245, Map360 2024.0.0.4532, and Map360 2022.2.3.5252. An issue with Map360 point cloud functionality was triggered on January 1, 2025. As a result, users are currently unable to import point clouds or open drawings containing point cloud data in the affected versions. The following error message will be displayed: A Hotfix executable is available that updates the needed files in the Program Files directory to restore functionality. When opening a drawing that is saved to OneDrive, the recovery wizard may appear. We are addressing a critical issue that arose with a OneDrive update on October 2, 2024. Please avoid actively working in drawings saved to a location that backs up to OneDrive until we can resolve this. However, it is important to note that copying and storing drawings (.DWG and .MSZ) in OneDrive locations is safe. The issue lies in opening and saving drawings in these locations. The main symptom is encountering the "Crash Recovery Wizard" when attempting to open a drawing that was previously saved and closed properly. Fortunately, we have redundant backups in place.
